All international orders are sent via Australia Post and come with a tracking number. Orders under $150 AUD have a flat postage rate of $25 AUD.
International delivery times vary but are usually approximately 10 business days.
Customs and import duties
Bella Krystal cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. Bella Krystal cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges vary from country to country.
If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to Bella Krystal. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received by us, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.
At Bella Krystal we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or full credit coupon to the value of the amount paid for the item.
Please note that for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings, so please choose carefully.
To return an item, all you need to do is email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Please include the following details in your email:
- Your order number
- The date you received your order; and
- Details of what you would like to return.
Once we approve your return request (usually within 24 hours) you will have 7 days to post the item back to us. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer and we accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit of items being returned to us (we strongly advise sending items via registered or insured post).
All items must be returned in new and unused condition (meaning no scratches, marks or damage). The original packaging must also be included with the item.
Once we receive the item we will inspect it to confirm it is new and unworn. If the item has been altered, damaged, or used, we won't be able to offer you an exchange / credit coupon and will offer to return it to you (at your expense).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you have purchased an item which is damaged or faulty at the time of receipt, we will:
- ask you to send us a picture of the fault / damaged item; and
- offer to exchange the item; or
- offer to provide a full refund for the cost of the item plus the shipping charges.
If we require the item to be returned (in some cases this will not be required), then we will pay for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be through the original form of payment (e.g. PayPal or credit card).
